Past The Pandemic

To: Individual healthcare workers, all healthcare professionals

From: CO-CARES Team (Colorado Alliance for Resilient & Equitable Systems for the Health Care Workforce )

The following programs may be beneficial for individuals seeking additional support and insight on burnout, resiliency, and stress.

Past the Pandemic (PTP): Individual Wellbeing, Connection & Support is a 6-week series that offers space to connect and interact with other health care workers on topics of stress, burnout, grief, connection, mindfulness, role management, and more. This course, led by mental health professionals, helps you to process and validate your experiences, build a common language of stress on a continuum, and learn tools to mitigate stress injury. Participants are invited to join weekly Resource Rooms on targeted topics to connect and share experiences and also have access to a free Toolkit that aligns with the series content. To register for this free live ECHO series, click here.

Next PTP will start on June 8th and runs for six weeks, ending July 13th. The sessions will be held from 5:30-6:30 PM MT on these Thursdays.

Past the Pandemic Canvas Course

A self-paced asynchronous interactive course offering the same curriculum as the Past the Pandemic ECHO series above, but without a live session commitment. You will be invited as a student into this course and be able to access the material and resources in your own time. This course also offers an optional Track for Leaders with guidance for how to integrate these tools into your workplace and teams. Register for this Canvas Course.
