CO-CARES Connects Meeting 5/18 or 5/31

 

To: All Health Care Workers From: State of Colorado CO-CARES Team (Colorado Alliance for Resilient & Equitable Systems Serving the Health Care Community) Colorado healthcare workers: Join the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s CO-CARES team for a virtual CO-CARES Connects Meeting on Thursday, May 18 at 2 p.m. or Wednesday, May 31 at 10 a.m.  Together with our partners at the University of Colorado, Colorado Hospital Association, and the Switchback Institute, CO-CARES connects health care and public health workers of all kinds to a variety of resources and tools that support recovery, improve well-being, and foster resilience. Learn about CO-CARES valuable programming tailored for health care workers, including all hospital, public health, long term care, community behavioral health, medical clinic, emergency management, emergency medical services, coroner, and funeral home employees.  Find available resources, tools, and programs that match your or a team member's needs.
