LTC Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) Committee vacancies

 

To: LTC providers From: HFEMSD There are two upcoming vacancies for LTC providers on the LTC IDR Committee. Interested providers must hold the position of administrator or director of nursing at their current residence or consult in long term care. The LTC IDR Committee is comprised of 7 voting members: three LTC providers, two surveyors, one ombudsman and one other state representative. The committee meets the first Tuesday of each month to review challenges to cited deficiencies. Committee members serve a two year term. Each member has an alternate with whom he or she may share voting responsibilities.  Interested LTC providers may submit inquiries or send a resume to elaine.sabyan@state.co.us by December 30, 2020.  Elaine Sabyan
