Please note, when installing tents facilities need to ensure appropriate life safety code requirements found at 42 CFR 483.90 are met, unless waived under the Public Health Emergency declaration. The Division of Fire Prevention and Control will continue to respond to complaints and perform surveys to ensure residential care facilities are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
