To: Occurrence Reporters/All licensed facilities The Health Facilities Division has updated the May 2018 Occurrence manual to reflect the current Colorado Health Facilities Interactive (COHFI) account web address and technical support contact information. The manual can be accessed several ways, either through the COHFI system user manual or by visiting the Health Facilities website here.
