Public Health Order Permitting the Limited Recommencement of Voluntary or Elective Surgeries and Procedures in Colorado

To: Hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers From: Margaret Mohan On April 26, 2020 Governor Polis issued Public Health Order D 2020 045. This order permits the limited recommencement of voluntary or elective surgeries and procedures in Colorado that were suspended on March 29, 2020. In order to recommence voluntary or elective surgeries and procedures, certain conditions must be met that aim to reduce the risk and spread of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).
