CMS Emergency Declaration Waivers Updated 4/21/20

To: Certified Facilities On April 21, 2020 the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) updated blanket waivers for its federally certified facilities to help healthcare providers contain the spread of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). These waivers are retroactively effective to March 1, 2020 and do not require an 1135 waiver application.
