Reminder: Colorado Nursing Home Antimicrobial Stewardship Core Elements Survey Due 9/24

 

TO: Nursing Homes in Colorado   FROM: Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE)   Dear Colorado Long-Term Care Facility:   The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) invites you to participate in a survey of antibiotic stewardship policies and practices at your facility. Information from this survey will help us understand current practices and gaps in antibiotic stewardship in Colorado nursing homes.   We request that one person from each facility complete the survey by September 24, 2021. The designated respondent should have knowledge of the antibiotic stewardship efforts at the facility, if any. Participation is voluntary but your response is valuable and will help us understand resource needs in Colorado.
