Flu Vaccination, Census, and other functions transition to COHFI 2/3/2020

There are several functions in the current Colorado Health Facilities Web Portal beyond Licensing, Plan of Correction, and Occurrence Reporting.

Nursing Facility Census:
We are working with our Medicare and Medicaid partners to retrieve the census and payer information from the MDS submissions you are already completing. This change is not complete but once it is finalized you will no longer need to submit quarterly census information. Until then, Census submissions are suspended.

Flu Vaccination Reporting:
The current Colorado Health Facilities Web Portal will continue to remain active through the end of the flu vaccination reporting season. Please continue submitting your flu vaccination reports as normal and we share how to submit future flu vaccination reports as we get closer to the next reporting season.

Electronic Letter of Intent and Facility Contact information have been incorporated into the Licensing and Facility functions in COHFI.

We are working hard to make this transition as seamless as possible, while acknowledging that it will be difficult for all involved. In the time leading up to the go live date, there will be continued messaging and training materials made available.
