Collective Care for Communities- NO COST Program

 

To: Health care and public health workforce in Colorado From: CO-CARES Team (Colorado Alliance for Resilient and Equitable Systems) Take advantage of a new wellbeing workshop at NO COST through May 2025! Collective Care for Communities (CC4C) is an integrated program which includes curriculum and evidence-based tools from two separate programs that have supported the health care workforce the past 4 ½ years and have shown to be successful in supporting others.    In this 4-hour, live, interactive training led by mental health professionals, participants will develop and practice skills and tangible tools to manage stress, increase efficacy, and enhance social connection. In community with other colleagues, we will explore common stressors and barriers to wellbeing.
