The Colorado CARES healthcare and public health worker resilience and wellness team is hosting ongoing monthly virtual Psychological First Aid training. Training is hosted, virtually, every month on the second Tuesday of the month from 9am to 11am.
Benefits of Psychological First Aid: - Learn to address peers, community members, patients, family, and friends that are in distress from a traumatic event or crisis.
- Understand the psychological and physiological responses to stress.
- Develop meaningful skills to be a valuable asset in times of crisis.
