Chapter 24, Section 5 5.1: QMAP Must Be 18 Years of Age

To: All facilities with QMAPs From: The Health Facilities Education and Quality (HFEQ) Branch of the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMSD) The Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division would like to remind providers who use QMAPs in their facilities that QMAPs must be 18 years of age to work as a QMAP (Chapter 24, Section 5, 5.1).
