Memorandum: HCAC Membership requirements as a member, reminders and meeting dates

CDPHE - IT department has verified that this folder is public so public has access. The IT department said if the agency’s security rights and protocols block access to Google programs that is not something IT can fix. The IT department recommends accessing the documents via phone or another device not on the same security features to get around the security protocols/restrictions.    Steve Cox developed a Google form that members will submit to show they completed the course. This form collects data onto a Google Spreadsheet that shows members’ completion of the annual training.
