Help your staff get healthy sleep! The CO-CARES Work & Well-Being Webinar: Healthy Sleep is a useful resource for all employees.
Date: Wednesday, October 25, 2023
Time: Noon – 1:00 p.m.
Webinar description: Every night, we have an opportunity to rest and rejuvenate our bodies through sleep. After a good night’s sleep, we wake feeling refreshed and ready to take on our day. When we experience short or poor-quality sleep, our bodies don’t get the restorative rest we need.
Sleep is essential for good health. Our sleep-wake cycles regulate many of our body's processes, such as our immune function, metabolism, learning & memory, tissue growth and repair, among others. In this webinar, we will discuss components of healthy sleep, explore factors that contribute to healthy sleep, and identify strategies to support healthy sleep.
Join us as we talk about why getting high-quality sleep is one of the best things you can do to support your health. We’ll explore some activities you can incorporate into your daily sleep and self-care routine. Click here to register now! CO-CARES Work & Well-Being webinars are held every other month.
