To: Hospital leadership From: HFEMSD In accordance with the Standards for Hospitals and Health Facilities Chapter 4 - General Hospitals, as outlined in 6 CCR 1011-1, it is a mandatory requirement for hospitals to submit an annual report of their nurse staffing plan to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). This submission is a requirement due at the time of the license renewal process. To facilitate this process, we have provided a dedicated submission portal for your convenience.
