Webinar description: No matter where you currently are on the continuum of well-being, you have had days that left you feeling exhausted. Or endured stressful experiences that challenged your ability to maintain a sense of balance. Maybe you have been feeling depleted for some time. Perhaps, it has just been one of those days. Regardless of where you are at this moment, you know there are things you can do to (and have done) to nourish and rejuvenate yourself.
Join us as we engage in mindful practices that support your body, mind, and spirit—daily activities you can do even when you have only a few minutes for self-care. These mindful practices will energize and nourish you in the everyday. We’ll explore activities designed to help you to identify mindful practices that match your needs.
