Join the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s CO-CARES team for a virtual CO-CARES Connects Meeting on Monday, June 26 at 12 p.m. Together with our partners at the University of Colorado, Colorado Hospital Association, and the Switchback Institute, CO-CARES connects health care and public health workers of all kinds to a variety of resources and tools that support recovery, improve well-being, and foster resilience. Learn about CO-CARES valuable programming tailored for health care workers, including all hospital, public health, long term care, community behavioral health, medical clinic, emergency management, emergency medical services, coroner, and funeral home employees.  Find available resources, tools, and programs that match your or a team member's needs.
