TRAILS is a Team of Resilient Ambassadors Innovating and Leading Support and Sustainability to make a difference! Colorado health care and public health workers: Join the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s CO-CARES team for a virtual TRAILS Launch Meeting on Tuesday, June 27 at 11 a.m.
You have the ability to create, strengthen, and sustain a healthy workplace for the public health community throughout Colorado. TRAILS ambassadors promote resilience and pandemic recovery by facilitating connections, fostering open conversations, and bringing co-workers together to promote a culture of wellness, resilience, and recovery in our everyday lives. With the support of the TRAILS program, you will enhance your communication and facilitation skills, strengthen the community in your workplace, ignite impactful conversations, and in your own unique way contribute to workplace wellbeing.
TRAILS members will be able to:
- Attend monthly member meetings, educational opportunities, and leadership training.
- Deepen community among professionals in their workforce.
- Start meaningful conversations about shared experiences.
- Foster resiliency among their colleagues by sharing support resources.
The TRAILS Launch Meetings will cover what being a TRAILS member will look like and what resources are available to members. These meetings are virtual and will be offered on Zoom.
Sign up to join us at our TRAILS Ambassador Program Launch Meetings.
