CO-CARES Connects Meeting

 

To:   All Health Care Workers   From:   State of Colorado CO-CARES Team (Colorado Alliance for Resilient & Equitable Systems Serving the Health Care Community)   Body:   Join the State of Colorado’s CO-CARES team for our first CO-CARES Connects Meeting Thursday, May 19th at 2pm or at our second CO-CARES Connects Meeting Wednesday, May 31st at 10am. These meetings will help launch and explain CO-CARES programming available to health care workers, to increase awareness of available resources and build connections with organizations and facilities. CO-CARES Connects meetings will provide information and have a Q&A portion with attendees to build understanding and awareness of the educational and support-based resources, tools, and programmatic offerings that the CO-CARES team and our Collaborative partners from University of Colorado, Colorado Hospital Association and the Switchback Institute can provide to the health care community.   To join us at a CO-CARES Connects Meeting please fill-in the Google sign-up form, where basic info and emails will be collected.   These meetings are currently virtual and will be offered on Zoom. Meetings will be recorded.
