CDPHE’s Office of Emergency Preparedness & Response Conducts Survey on Extreme Heat Emergency Response

 

To: Residential Health Care Communities (NHs, ALRs, Group Homes and Intermediate Care Communities for Persons with Disabilities From: Henry Mitchell, Deputy Director, CDPHE’s Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response CDPHE’s Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response (OEPR) is conducting a very short survey, for informational purposes ONLY, to gather a census of generator status in residential healthcare communities around Colorado. This information will be used to help support residential healthcare providers and the residents that are impacted by a power loss or loss of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) in the event of an extreme heat emergency.
