COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting Cycle Clarification

 

To: All Licensed Providers From: Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMS) HFEMS has updated the COHFI User Manual with additional definitions for the COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting cycle. This guidance is especially important in avoiding citations and maintaining compliance.  The COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting cycle works as follows: The reporting cycle is the first of the month through 11:59 p.m. on the 14th of the month and then the 15th of the month through 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month. Reports made during those cycles will be used for that cycle.  If you made a mistake on your submission, update your numbers during a cycle and submit another report. We use the most recent report in a cycle. For this reason, early submissions are not accepted. Early submissions are a correction of the current cycle's submission.   Questions should be sent to cohfi.support@state.co.us.
