Apply to become a member of the Nursing Home Innovations Grant Board

 

The Nursing Home Innovations Grant Board reviews and makes grant approval recommendations for projects funded by Civil Money Penalty (CMP) funds. The projects focus on innovative ways to improve the quality of life and care for nursing facility residents. Your experiences, knowledge and insight will help support these projects. The Board is looking for three representatives of the disability community, one who is a resident of a nursing facility and two who are either a resident of a nursing facility or a family member of a nursing facility resident.  To apply to become a member of the Board, please fill out the application at https://www.colorado.gov/governor/boards-commissions-application.
