To: All Stakeholders From: HFEMSD Thank you for your participation in the Home Care Advisory Committee rule revision meeting for Chapter 26, Home Care Agencies. This is a friendly reminder that if you have not done so already, please take a few moments to fill out the HCA questionnaire. Your input will serve in helping the Division, along with the stakeholders, determine the appropriate structure, and level, of fees. We ask that you please submit your response by the close of business on Wednesday, October 28th.
