CMS Blanket Waiver Update – 5/1/20

To: Certified Facilities The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) updated blanket waivers for its federally certified facilities to help healthcare providers contain the spread of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). These waivers are retroactively effective to March 1, 2020 and do not require an 1135 waiver application.
