To: Federally Certified Health Care Providers From: Margaret Mohan On 3/13/20 the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued an emergency declaration issuing blanket waivers. These waivers are intended to ease requirements on providers, to help healthcare providers respond to and contain the spread of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).
