We are excited to introduce you to the new Colorado Health Facilities Interactive system. Beginning in October we will be doing weekly webinars to demonstrate how the system works and how to perform the major tasks you will be completing in the system.
October 1 - How to create users and administer rights
October 8 - How to create, renew, and update license information
October 15 - How to submit occurrence reports
October 22 - How to submit plans of correction
Details on how to join the session will be shared the week prior to each webinar. Each session will be recorded and included in the online user manual in case you missed the session.
This blog publishes information typically sent to users of the Colorado Health Facilities Interactive (COHFI) system for health care entities regulated by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Please note that COHFI is the official medium for business communication between the Department and licensed and/or Medicare/Medicaid certified health care entities. Health care entities should continue to monitor their email accounts routinely.
