To: All Stakeholders interested in regulations related to Nursing Care Facilities and/or Assisted Living Residences  From: HFEMSD  Thank you for your participation in previous stakeholder meetings. All action items were completed at the February meeting.  The next step is a request for a hearing at the Colorado Board of Health on April 19, 2023. There will not be time for public comment at the April meeting; however, there will be time for public comment at the hearing that will be scheduled for June 21.
