Memorandum: Home Care advisory Meeting dates

 

To: Home and Hospice Care Providers and Consumers of Home Care and Hospice Services   From: Steve Cox, Branch Chief, Home and Community Facilities    The Home Care Advisory Committee meets quarterly. The next meeting is September 15th, 1:30-4:00. However, the committee is working on Technical Assistance for the website and needs to meet more frequently in order to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time.   Last time we met on June 16, 2022, the discussion was about technical guidance that needed to be developed pertaining to each section and subsection of Chapter 26. This technical guidance and the website is being developed by the HCAC members. Thank you, this is another big project.     In order to get the project done in a more reasonable time frame, we are requesting that the members meet monthly until completion of the technical guidance and the website to support the guidance being developed. Tonie Miller will join the meetings to assist in the development of the website and be available to ask questions. By meeting monthly, the projected completion date would be February 2023. By not following the monthly meetings then the completion date would be unknown.   The potential schedule would be as follows:  ***(the highlighted in yellow dates are the HCAC meetings.
