Partial Waiver of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 3 – Behavioral Health Entities, Part 2.9(H)(6) regarding medication count requirements

 

The Department is issuing a partial waiver of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 3 – Behavioral Health Entities, Part 2.9(H)(6), now requiring compliance with medication count rule only for medications that are controlled substances. This partial waiver applies to all licensed behavioral health entities without an application, and will remain in effect until terminated by the Department.
