Survey: Your MDS and OASIS Experience in 2021

 

To: Federally certified Skilled Nursing Facilities, Licensed Nursing Facilities and Home Health Agencies Administrators, MDS and OASIS Coordinators, Directors of Nursing, Billing and Coding Personnel   From: The Health Facilities Education and Quality (HFEQ) Branch of the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMSD)   This past December 2021, a survey was sent out to all of the Nursing Facilities and Home Health Agencies seeking your feedback on topics such as training, resources, availability, customer service, as well as what you would like to see offered in 2022.   For those of you who may not have seen the survey, a link is included for your convenience. Your participation in the survey helps me to better understand what training is needed for you and your staff to continue providing quality care to your residents and the community.        If you have not already, please take a moment to complete the survey.
