Cancellation of January 27, 2022 ALAC meeting

This to inform you the Assisted Living Advisory Committee (ALAC) will not meet on January 27, 2022.
 
With the recent introduction of new members, the department will take this time to prepare an overview of the recently updated licensing rules for the committee along with an introduction to the topics previously identified by the committee and stakeholders as areas of new regulation for which provider guidance would be beneficial. Following this, the committee will launch into prioritizing guidance topics and planning for content development as we move forward.
 
**NEW - With special thanks to the division’s Education and Quality Branch, committee members, providers and stakeholders are invited to check out our newly revised Assisted Living News and Resources page for current information on the new rules, and new training modules. As the work of the committee moves forward, guidance documents will be added to this website.
 
The department appreciates the work of the committee and input from our providers and stakeholders and encourages everyone to get involved in this next step of important work before us!
As we get closer to the meeting date, another notice will be sent out to all committee members and the public. 
 
The next ALAC Meeting Date:
 
March 24, 2022 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., Zoom meeting only.
