To: Residential care facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Intermediate Care Facilities)   From: Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Residential Care Strike Team   The long-term care vaccine clinic toolkit has been updated with COVID-19 vaccination considerations including:  Vaccination after monoclonal antibody treatment Vaccination during a COVID-19 outbreak Vaccination after a previous or current COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) infection   We have also added a table of contents for easier navigation. You can continue to stay up to date with the latest vaccine information/resources in the toolkit by referencing the last updated date in the top right corner of the document.  Questions can be directed to residentialcarestriketeam@state.co.us
