To: Residential care facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Intermediate Care Facilities)    From: CDPHE Infection Prevention Program & Residential Care Strike Team   We have decided to postpone the biweekly Long-Term Care Facility (LTCF) call scheduled for this week (Wednesday, December 29). The next scheduled meetings are listed below.    As of now, we wanted to remind you that isolation and quarantine guidance remains the same for LTCFs.    We appreciate your diligence in helping to slow the spread of the highly transmissible omicron variant.    The upcoming biweekly LTCF Call schedule is as follows: Wednesday, January 5, 2022 Noon - 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2022 Noon - 1 p.m.   If you have not already done so, register here: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_FKlE8zPHTjq3XseN36vTWw   After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
