To: Federally certified Skilled Nursing Facilities, Licensed Nursing Facilities and Home Health Agencies Administrators, MDS and OASIS Coordinators, Directors of Nursing, Billing and Coding Personnel From: The Health Facilities Education and Quality (HFEQ) Branch of the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMSD)   Survey: MDS and OASIS Training and Interaction with the Training coordinator As we say goodbye to 2021 and look forward to the new year, I thought it might be good to hear how this past year went. As providers for the Residents of Colorado, I would like to find out are your needs being met, are training topics relevant and useful, resources and information helpful, and are your questions being answered.
