We are working diligently to support your facilities so that you have the resources and knowledge needed to protect and keep your communities safe.    The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (AMDA) is a community of more than 50,000 medical directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other practitioners working in the various post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) settings.    As a way to assist the greater RCF community, we have collaborated with AMDA to provide the following COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Shot materials: COVID-19 Booster Shot Fact Sheet Booster Shot Preparation Checklist BOOST! You should get a booster dose if you:   Are 18 or older and received your second dose of Pfizer or Moderna at least six months ago. Received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine for your initial dose.   Talk with your health care provider if you have questions about boosters.
