COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting in COHFI

 

To: All Licensed Providers   From: HFEMSD   We are happy to announce the release of the COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting function in the Colorado Health Facilities Interactive (COHFI) application for the October 1st, 2021 required reporting date. The application is similar to the Flu Vaccination Reporting function. Here are the important points to know:   Release Date and Time:   9/29/2021 from 3-6 pm during the regularly scheduled maintenance window.   Access to the application:   Currently, only COHFI Account Managers will be able to access the COVID Vaccination Reporting application. If you do not have the Manage Users button next the facility name, you will not be able to submit the report. We are working to add the functionality of being able to assign that role to facility users, but it will not be ready at release. The Vaccination Reporting option will be available for all facilities at launch. If you are not a licensed facility but would still like to report, you will have that option. Only licensed facilities are required to submit reports.   Submitting your facility’s COVID Vaccination Report:   Sign into COHFI, select the facility you would like to submit a report for, in the top navigation menu select Vaccination Reporting and then COVID Vaccination Reporting. Complete the form and select the Submit Vaccination Report button. A detailed guide will be available in the User Manual.     Publishing the reports:   All reports will be published publicly. We are working on building the dashboard to publish the reports. We do not have a launch window at this time.   Residential care facilities:   Currently, all residential care facilities (skilled nursing facilities, assisted living residences, group homes, and intermediate care facilities) use EMResource to report staff vaccination rates. Residential care facilities will transition to COHFI reporting by October 1st with other health facility types. Once that transition is complete for all residential care facilities, EMResource questions about staff vaccination rates will be removed.   Thank you greatly in advance for your patience as we navigate this process and launch a new feature in COHFI.
