Assisted Living Residences Client Funds Waiver Questionnaire – Action Requested

 

To: All Assisted Living Residences From: HFEMSD In May 2020, the Department notified Assisted Living Residences that it was waiving the requirements found in regulation at 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 7, 11.10(B) regarding Personal Funds Limits. This waiver allows Assisted Living Residences that hold resident funds to exceed the regulatory limit of $500.00 to an amount no greater than $1700.00. This waiver is still in place and will remain so until the Department takes action otherwise.   In order to inform the Department’s decision on whether or not this waiver needs to remain in place, the Department is requesting that all Assisted Living Residences fill out a short survey regarding their utilization of this waiver.
