Deadline extended - Nursing Home Innovative Grant Board – CMP Grant Proposal Announcement

The Nursing Home Innovations Grant Board has issued a call for proposals for Grant Cycle 13. The deadline for applications has been extended. Applications will be due on or before 5 p.m. MST on August 15, 2021. The grants are comprised of monies collected through nursing home civil monetary penalties (CMPs).
