The North Central Region Healthcare Coalition (NCRHC) and the Healthcare Worker Resilience and Retention Initiative at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) have launched a statewide COVID-19 Impact and Recovery Survey. The survey aims to identify gaps in resources or services for anyone who is supporting or has supported the COVID-19 response in Colorado. The survey can be found online. More information can be found on the North Central Region Healthcare Coalition website

The survey is available in English and Spanish. Questions cover a wide range of experiences that health care professionals and responders may have faced throughout the pandemic. Steps have been taken to protect the confidentiality of the survey respondent. Respondents can also sign up to participate in ongoing surveys about workforce impacts, needs, and strengths.

CDPHE convened the Healthcare Worker Resilience and Retention Initiative in January 2020, along with representatives from over 20 healthcare organizations, to identify needs, existing resources, and opportunities to build active programs and outreach to healthcare workers. The effort aims to be research-informed, to collaborate across systems, and to support recovery in the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic.
