EMResource Reporting Requirements

 

To: Residential care facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Intermediate Care Facilities)   From: Residential Care Strike Team   The Residential Care Strike Team has utilized EMResource for situational awareness during the COVID-19 public health emergency. In March the Strike Team added questions to understand and respond to vaccination rates for both residents and staff. On Monday, April 5th, the Strike Team removed some questions in an attempt to streamline the reporting process. These are the questions you will need to answer: Current number of residents Current number of vaccinated residents Current number of staff Current number of vaccinated staff Vaccinated staff and residents are defined as those that have received both doses of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna), or a one-dose vaccine, regardless of where the vaccine was administered. Facilities that have not entered this information must do so immediately. EMResource reporting is a requirement per Public Health Order 20-20 and must be done daily. Facilities that fail to report may receive citations from health facility inspectors. For questions about EMResource reporting, please contact residentialcarestriketeam@state.co.us.
