To: All Behavioral Health Entity providers, administrators, staff and stakeholders.   From: Kara Johnson-Hufford, Associate Division Director- HFEMSD   Effective immediately, the new Behavioral Health Entity (BHE) website will be available to all current license holders and future BHE licensees. The website contains up-to-date information about the BHE efforts, new license, the Phase 1 transition and regulatory processes. In addition, you will find important dates, milestones, and answers to frequently asked questions.
