The IDR policy has been amended to include new procedures when deficiency findings in dispute under one regulation are moved to another regulation by the LTC and ALR committees or the HHA IDR committee (reviewing state enforcement action). The procedures offer the facility an abbreviated opportunity to resubmit an IDR request to dispute deficient practice under the new regulation.
