Revised CMS survey protocol for ICF-IID surveys and revised SOM appendix J, Part 1

This information is intended to inform Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IIDs) about recent changes made by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) in the survey process.

CMS posted a memorandum outlining changes to the survey process and the revised part one (Survey Protocol) of the State Operations Manual (SOM).
