This resource will provide you with up-to-date and relevant tools, training, and information, as we move forward with implementing the new regulations under 6CCR 1011-1, Chapter 7 Assisted Living Regulations. As you know, the new regulations have been developed over the past two years through a collaborative process with the Assisted Living Advisory Committee and community stakeholders.

Our goal is to provide you with a clear understanding of the new portions of the regulation as well as training to help you comply. These new regulations are currently scheduled for a public hearing for adoption before the Board of Health on April 18 at 10 a.m.
