On March 16, 2016, the Board of Health will conduct a public hearing regarding the Division's proposed changes to Chapters 5 and 2.
The Division has made a few additional changes to Chapter 5 based upon the recommendations of its Assistant Attorney General. Based upon input from and discussion with stakeholders, there are also changes to sections 7.16, 7.17 and 23.4(A)(4)(a). You may view the entire rule-making packet on our website.
