House Bill 14-1360 directed the Departments of Public Health and Environment and Health Care Policy and Financing to form a workgroup and develop a plan to identify gaps and conflicts in the requirements imposed by each department with regard to the regulation of home care providers. The recommendations of the workgroup with regard to Chapter 26 changes are contained in the request for rulemaking packet.
