Two meeting times are being offered for stakeholder comments regarding the proposed changes:

Stakeholder meetings for public comment will be held at the Laboratory Services building, located at 8100 Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230. Signs will be posted, directing you to the appropriate entrance.
There will be an opportunity to sign up for public comment at the time of the meeting on a first-come, first-serve basis. Public comments will be limited to two (2) minutes for each person offering comments. Written comments are welcome and may also be submitted.
Please feel free to send a representative in your place if you are unable to attend.
