We are excited to invite you to join the National Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative (NNHQCC) with Telligen. Telligen continues to work collaboratively with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Service (CMS) to improve the quality of life and quality of care in Colorado nursing homes.

Once you have joined the NNHQCC, you will begin receiving invitations to webinars/teleconferences and access to resources, tools and metrics to guide internal improvement initiatives. Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) will be the framework for improvement efforts. Areas of focus include:
- Reducing use of antipsychotic medications
- Improving Star ratings and staff stability
- Reducing avoidable readmissions
- Decreasing UTIs and other infections
- Using the Nursing Home Composite Score
- Increasing resident mobility (fall management, sustaining restraint elimination)
