Based upon stakeholder comments, the Division has revised its proposed amendments to Part 3 of its General Licensure Standards regarding Quality Management Plans.
A public hearing before the Board of Health has been scheduled for Wednesday October 15, 2014, to consider adoption of the proposed amendments.

Changes to the existing rule are shown in strike out and/or small capital letters. Changes between the first draft and the current proposal are highlighted in yellow.
