Effective July 1, 2014, per House Bill 14-1360, the licensing fee for any community centered board or service agency licensed as a home care agency will be paid by the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services Cash Fund. This payment of fees applies to licenses that expire July 1, 2014 or after and will extend for the two year period July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2016.
If your agency has already submitted a fee for license renewal, either the check will be returned to you or a refund processed for the amount paid.
